We are excited to share that the first PIAA practice date is Monday, Aug. 15 for fall sports. Football will begin their heat acclimation on Monday, Aug. 8. All students interested in participating in fall sports must have a completed and cleared PIAA physical that is dated after June 1, 2022, and is signed and stamped by a licensed physician before their first practice.
Any student who is unable to schedule an appointment with their family doctor prior to the date of their first practice will be able to get a physical at William Tennent High School on Tuesday, August 9th starting at 9:00 AM (first come, first serve). The cost will be $20 and must be paid at the time of your visit. You can pay by cash, check (payable to: Liberty Urgent Care) or credit card.
If you haven't completed the remaining forms from the physical packet you can use the link to print off the necessary sections (sections 1 - 6 must be complete and signed by a parent/guardian & athlete). Section 7 is the physical which must be completed and signed by a licensed physician.
