School Counseling
WTHS has six secondary school counselors who support the Centennial School District's goals to meet a diverse learning community where all students have the ability to succeed through academics, athletics, and the arts. Additionally, the counselors support students' academic, career, and social/emotional development to ensure a successful post-secondary pathway. Counselors serve as leaders, advocates, facilitators, and collaborators with parents, students, administration, faculty/staff, and the Centennial School District community. Counselors meet with students on an individual and/or group basis and provide the following services:
- Academic Advising
- Social/Emotional Support
- Career & College Planning/Advising
- Career Exploration
- School & Community Resources/Referrals
The counselors are located in the Counselors' Suite, which includes the College & Career Center. Should you have any questions regarding services for your son/daughter, please contact his/her school counselor at your earliest convenience.
