🤖 Last weekend, the William Tennent High School Robotics Team competed in their first qualifying event of the season. The team, which has been meeting since September but their season started on January 10th, strategized, designed, built, and programmed a robot that was unique to the FIRST "Rebuilt" game. The team overcame tremendous adversity. Multiple parts broke on our robot, but our team never quit, and we never missed a match.

To learn more about our team, check out www.centennialsd.org/wtrobotics and explore the "Rebuilt - 2026 How to Play" tab and get ready to join us March 21st and March 22nd as William Tennent hosts our Week 3 qualifier!

One hundred sixty of the top high school vocalists from Southeastern Pennsylvania—representing Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties—gathered at Neshaminy High School from February 19–21 for the PMEA Region 6 Choir Festival.

William Tennent senior Kalena Viera was selected to participate in this highly competitive ensemble. Over the three-day festival, students rehearsed under the direction of Dominick DiOrio of Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, preparing a demanding and stylistically diverse choral program—including one of Dr. DiOrio’s own compositions.

Today, Attorney General Dave Sunday launched a series of planned teenTALK events by meeting with Bucks County students at William Tennent High School to discuss the impact of social media on mental health.

During today’s meeting, the students discussed their own use of social media, including its pros and cons. Many students shared thoughts on the addictive nature of social media and how spending excessive time on apps can affect relationships and hinder learning.

You may see some familiar faces from our Centennial community!
