Dear William Tennent Families,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at William Tennent High School! Each new year brings a sense of excitement, fresh opportunities, and the chance to build on the strong tradition of Panther Pride. Whether your child is starting their high school journey or preparing for graduation, we are committed to helping every student start strong and finish strong.
This year, we are thrilled to welcome nine outstanding new teachers, Mrs. Kylene Wood as our new 9th Grade House Principal, and Dr. Sarah Babins in her new role as College & Career Counselor. Their passion and expertise will enrich our school community and strengthen the support we provide our students.
We are also introducing several initiatives designed to enhance learning and family engagement. These include SmartPass, a digital hall pass system that improves efficiency and accountability, and the Panther Partnership, a modern approach to family involvement that provides flexible opportunities for parents and guardians to connect and contribute.
The first day of school marks the beginning of an important new chapter. With the support of our dedicated staff, strong family partnerships, and the determination of our students, I am confident we will make this year a success.
