Centennial School District (CSD) and the Centennial Education Foundation (CEF) recently joined fellow community changemakers at Bucks County Community College’s Lower Bucks campus for Amazon’s Rise & Recognize event, an empowering morning of networking, breakfast, and celebration.
We are thrilled to announce that CEF was selected as a recipient of an $8,000 Amazon Bucks County Grant!
This grant will fund the district’s new "Bringing the Universe to Bucks" initiative, designed to launch exciting new programming at the Betty Huf Planetarium located at William Tennent High School.
By introducing new, interactive educational content within the planetarium, this initiative aims to broaden access to neighboring school districts, community clubs, and local youth groups. Through these collaborative efforts, community engagement is strengthened, and the next generation of space enthusiasts in Bucks County is inspired.
